About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of student housing properties across Berlin. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high occupancy rates, and creating positive experiences for our international student community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day property operations including tenant inquiries, move-ins/move-outs, and lease administration
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and handymen
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns promptly
- Oversee rent collection and follow up on late payments
- Prepare regular reports on property performance and occupancy metrics
Requirements
- Property management experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across properties
- Respond to emergency repairs and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers for larger jobs
- Maintain simple maintenance records and report inventory needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in general repairs, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
- Able to work independently and manage time across multiple sites
- Valid work authorization for Germany and reliable transport (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English; German is a plus
