1. Scope & Applicability

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all goods purchased online through our official website by consumers residing in Germany (including Berlin). As a professional seller, BrandenBed Living Spaces UG grants the following rights in accordance with EU and German law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins:

• For goods: from the day you receive the goods.
• For services: from the day the contract was agreed.

To exercise this right, you must inform us (e.g., via email or our online cancellation button, once implemented) of your intent to cancel before the 14-day period ends. Under current German regulation, a 'cancellation button' must be clearly available and accessible throughout the withdrawal period.

3. Return Procedures

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods. Returns should be made in the original or similar condition, preferably with packaging intact (unless impractical).

Goods you return at your convenience but that are not defective may be returned at your cost, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund Processing

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return.

The refund will include the original purchase price and standard delivery charges, unless you chose an express delivery option.

5. Legal Guarantee for Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

Regardless of the above, you have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming goods, in line with EU and German law.

If a defect appears, you are entitled to:

If these options are unreasonable, you may choose a price reduction or full refund.

Burden of proof for defects within 12 months after delivery is on us; after that, you may need to demonstrate the issue existed at delivery.

6. Exceptions & Limitations

Certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Personalized or made-to-order items
• Perishables
• Sanitary products, or goods sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

These restrictions comply with EU regulations and cannot be overridden.
