What's included in a furnished room?

Every room comes with a mattress, bed, cupboard, and a laundry bag. Shared amenities (kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and sometimes a balcony or backyard) depend on the specific building.

How does the onboarding process work?

Everything happens online through our tenant onboarding portal: personal details, contract, document uploads, and signature, with no paperwork required.

What's the notice period if I want to move out?

Your notice period is specified in your individual lease agreement. Please refer to your contract or our Terms & Conditions for details.

When do I get my deposit back?

Deposits are refunded after your lease term ends, subject to a condition inspection. Processing typically takes 1 to 6 months after your move-out date.

Can I choose between a private room or sharing?
